How long did you wait before starting infertility treatments?
I'm 32 years old. I miscarried Dec 06 then in March 07 after trying for 3 years. I have not been pregnant since. How long did you wait before starting infertility?
I am 31 and have been ttc for 14 months. I first started going to my ob after 4 months of ttc because I did not get a regular period. She put me on medication to induce my period, but I was still not ovulating. I waiting until I had been ttc for 12 months before I started any fertility treatment. I am now on my third round of clomid. I am still only seeing my ob. Before you go to a fertility specialist, your ob can run some tests to see what if anything is wrong and can prescribe some medications to help. If the medications do not work, then the ob will suggest seeing a specialist.

Some people say 1year but since you have been trying for 3years, I think you should start now. Goodluck.

Most people start to seek care after a year, so if you feel you should go then go ahead and go.

We ttc for 6 months before having a m/c. A year went by & we then went to a fertility specialist. Got pg the first month with the specialist.
