Does anyone have blocked fallopian tubes? Been offered any treatment? And has it worked?

I have 1 blocked tube and 1 with adhesions. Unable to get pregnant.
Ive been offered a procedure to remove the scarring in my tubes and around my pelvic area.
As ive had a few bouts of Pelvic Inflammatory disease.
Has anyone else had this done?
If so, had it worked? Or what's the likelyhood of it working?

I was also told having it done can cause scar tissue, so does that mean if i am lucky enough to get pregnant i'd have the same problem again after?

    arr bless u i no how it feels i had a hsg done may n they told me both of my tubes r blocked so now i have 2 have a op done called a lap 2 c if they can unblock them but i read on this chat room a girl had it done n found out her tubes r not blocked so there giving her tabs 2 help her get preg but im gonna give anything a go 2 have a baby so go 4 it darling. its the luck of the draw x
